What is an executive life coach?
An executive life coach works the whole person, not just the role: the patterns underneath a leader's decisions, money, presence, and stamina. The work is forward-looking and behavior-focused — naming the pattern, choosing one small action, and holding you to it — because the business changes when the person running it does.
Is this executive coaching or an online course?
Both, and in that order. The 12 Journeys are the framework — twelve guided courses grounded in neuroscience and psychology. The coaching is what you do with them: run a journey through your real challenge with the Lens, keep momentum with Rimi between sessions, and work it with a certified coach or in the room at Sum Gigante Live.
What does executive coaching cost here?
Starting is free: a free account includes your first journey, the community, daily tools, and your first Giant Crossing. All-Access unlocks all twelve journeys and Rimi — monthly or annual, cancel anytime. Certified coaches set their own fees and you contact them directly. Sum Gigante Live is a separately ticketed three-day intensive.
Is it confidential?
Your reflections, crossings, and journal live on your own account, visible to you alone. The AI sees only the words you write for the exercise it's helping with — never your name, email, or company. Nothing is sold, and nothing is posted unless you choose to share it.
What's the difference between business coaching and executive coaching?
Business coaching aims at the company — offers, pricing, pipeline, operations. Executive coaching aims at the person making those calls. Most leaders need the second before the first sticks, which is why the journeys work the pattern (scarcity, control, fear of visibility) rather than the tactic.
Can my leadership team do this together?
