Coaching tools

Coaching tools that change behavior, not just mindset.

Most coaching tools produce a good conversation and no change. These produce evidence. The 12 Journeys give life, business, and executive coaches a complete, research-grounded toolkit — a session structure, a daily micro-tool, an exercise format with a built-in reality check, twelve full courses, and an AI guide that keeps clients moving between sessions.

The toolkit

Eight tools, one system

The lesson spine

RIPPLE

Regulate · Immerse · Present · Practice · Land · Extend — the six-part structure behind every session.

  • Use it to design any coaching session that actually changes behavior: settle the nervous system, enter a story, teach the idea, practice it in the body, anchor the identity shift, then carry it into daily life.

The daily micro-tool

The Three-A Process

Awareness → Acceptance → Authority. A 60-second reset a client can run in the middle of a hard moment.

  • Notice the pattern without vilifying it, honor it without resigning to it, then step into the chosen self: “I am a person who…”. Pairs with a physical anchor so it works under stress.

The exercise structure

Root · Shoot · Fruit + MAP

Name the old pattern (Root), choose one small action (Shoot), tie it to legacy (Fruit) — then pressure-test it.

  • The MAP check scores Motivation, Ability, and Prompt out of 10 before a client commits, so you catch a doomed action step in session instead of at the next appointment.

The curriculum

12 Guided Journeys

Twelve full courses — Non-Consciousness, Awareness, Grief, Acceptance, Gratitude, Empowerment, Uncertainty, Abundance, Vision, Surrender, Nurture, Legacy.

  • Assign a journey between sessions and arrive at the next one with the groundwork already done. Each is grounded in neuroscience and psychology, not opinion.

The AI guide

Rimi

An AI guide that walks a client through a whole journey in conversation — asking, listening, and adapting.

  • Clients get support between sessions without you being on call. Rimi never diagnoses or treats; it guides the authored material and hands off to you.

Real-world focus

The Lens

A client names the challenge they're actually facing — relationships, career, health, money, addiction, a pattern.

  • Each journey opens on that situation, and the practice they leave with — the if-then plan, the step they live for real — is built around it, so the work stops being theory and starts being their Tuesday afternoon.

Measurement

Teach-Backs

The client explains the concept back in their own words, and it's scored against the source material.

  • You get evidence of real understanding instead of a nodding head — and a record of where the gap is.

Accountability

The Tribe

A private community with check-ins, streaks, milestones, and support posts.

  • Behavior change survives on witnesses. Clients report progress to people who are doing the same work.

Questions

Coaching tools, answered

What are coaching tools?

Coaching tools are the structured frameworks, exercises, questions, and assessments a coach uses to move a client from insight to actual behavior change. The useful ones share three traits: they're repeatable, they work under stress, and they produce evidence that something changed.

Are there free coaching tools here?

Yes. Every account is free for life, and every new member gets All-Access free for the first 30 days — all twelve journeys and the whole toolkit (RIPPLE, the Three-A process, Root·Shoot·Fruit + MAP), plus Rimi. No credit card is required to start. After 30 days your free account simply carries on — the community, Journey 1 and the daily Giant Quest, free for life. Keep All-Access for $19 a month or $149 a year only if you want it.

Do these work for business, executive, and sales coaching?

Yes. The frameworks are domain-neutral — they target the patterns underneath performance (avoidance, fear of visibility, scarcity thinking, control). The Lens feature lets a client run any journey through a career, leadership, or team challenge specifically.

Can I use these tools with my own clients?

Yes. Coaches walk clients through the journeys with a shared, guided experience. Clients control their own privacy and choose exactly what they share with you — you see their progress, never their private reflections unless they allow it.

What's the difference between coaching tools and therapy?

Coaching tools support general wellness, performance, and personal growth. They do not diagnose, treat, or manage clinical mental illness. Anyone showing signs of a clinical condition should be referred to a licensed mental-health professional.
