Community & Acceptable Use Policy

The Tribe of Giants is a growth community. These rules keep it safe, kind, and useful. They apply to everything you do on the Service — profiles, posts, comments, reactions, private messages, and AI chats — and are part of our Terms of Service.
1. Be kind and lawful
You agree not to post, send, or do anything that:
- is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- harasses, bullies, threatens, or targets another person;
- is hateful or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way;
- is violent, graphic, or encourages self-harm or harm to others;
- infringes anyone’s intellectual property or other rights;
- shares another person’s private or personal information without consent (“doxxing”);
- is spam, a scam, chain message, or unsolicited promotion; or
- impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.
2. Don’t misuse the Service
You also agree not to:
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security, authentication, or rate limits;
- access data or accounts that aren’t yours;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest content or member data, or use bots without our permission;
- overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
- reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our source code, models, or prompts; or
- resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid content or your account.
3. This is a growth space — respect confidentiality
Members share personal things here. Treat what others share with care. Do not screenshot, republish, or share another member’s posts or messages outside the community without their consent. Remember that anything you post to the community feed is visible to signed-in members and should not be treated as confidential.
4. Reporting, blocking & moderation
You can report posts or comments and block other members. We may review reported content and, at our discretion, remove content, issue warnings, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or our Terms — especially for safety. We are not obligated to monitor content, but we may.
5. Your content
You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to post it. You keep ownership of your content and grant us the license described in our Terms of Service so we can operate the community. To report copyright infringement, see our Copyright / DMCA Policy.
6. Reporting a problem
To report abuse, a safety concern, or a violation you can’t handle with the in-app tools, email mandelbrotllc@gmail.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
