We're Asking You to Do Something Counterintuitive

We're close to 1K subscribers on Wake Up With Giants TV. Getting to 1K should be straightforward—more views, more reach, more algorithm wins. But here's what we've learned: that's backwards.

The fastest way to 1K isn't attracting strangers on YouTube. It's you.

We have 4,200+ members here in the Tribe. We have an email list. We have people following us on Facebook and Linktree who already know what we do. Those aren't cold numbers—they're warm, existing relationships. And right now, they're the lever that moves the needle.

You're here because something in the work landed. Maybe you started with the first journey and it shifted something. Maybe you saw a post that made you realize you don't have a discipline problem—you have an identity problem. Maybe you're in the middle of a journey right now and something just clicked.

That's the content we're making on YouTube. Those moments. Those breakthroughs.

So we're asking: if Wake Up With Giants has helped you think differently, will you subscribe? It takes 10 seconds. You don't have to watch every episode. You don't have to comment or share. Just subscribe—so the algorithm sees that people who are already in the Tribe are saying yes to this channel.

This isn't a numbers game to us. It's a signal. When more of you say "this is worth following," it tells YouTube that this work matters—and that matters for everyone coming after you who needs to hear it.

Thanks for considering it. And if you're curious what's on the channel, Nick and Ryan are putting out new episodes every week—interviews, frameworks, meditations, community chats. It's the work we do here, but in a different format.

What's one moment from Wake Up With Giants TV (or from a journey you're in) that actually stuck with you?
