Your first week in the Tribe is less about doing everything and more about understanding what's ahead. Here's what actually happens—and what you'll notice before the end of seven days.
The First Hour: Set Up Your Account and Meet Your First Journey
Joining the Tribe takes about a minute. You create a free account—no credit card required—and you're immediately inside the community. You'll see the feed (where Tribe members share small wins and ask for support), your profile space, and the ability to message other members and join events.
Your first journey, Non-Consciousness, is waiting. It's guided by Layla, a character whose story becomes a mirror for yours. This journey isn't about adding more awareness to your life—it's about noticing what's already running in the background: the voices, the patterns, the decisions you make without deciding.
Don't start the journey in that first hour. Just look around. Read a few posts in the feed. See who's here.
Days 1–3: The Story and the Teaching
When you're ready, you'll move through Non-Consciousness in stages. First comes the story—Layla's narrative that mirrors a specific human problem. Then the teaching: what this journey actually means and why it matters before you move to Awareness (the second journey).
This isn't a video course or an article you skim. Each stage is designed so you can sit with it. You'll read, reflect, and notice something about yourself you didn't catch before.
The common expectation: "This should take an hour or two." The real timeline: this takes as long as it takes. Some people move through in days. Others spend a week on the story alone, rereading it, noticing different things each time. That's not slow. That's how change actually lands.
Days 3–5: Practice and Reflection
After the teaching comes the practice—a specific exercise designed for this journey. Non-Consciousness asks you to notice what runs in the background. The practice gives you a concrete way to do that.
Then you reflect. You're not writing for anyone else. You're writing for yourself—what did you notice? What surprised you? What's becoming visible that you'd rather not see?
This is where most people feel the first real shift. Not because the practice is complicated (it isn't), but because you're writing about your life, not someone else's problem.
Days 5–7: Teach It Back
The last stage is the teach-back checkpoint. You explain the journey in your own words—what Non-Consciousness actually means, what you learned, how it changes what you're paying attention to now.
This isn't a test you can fail. It's a checkpoint that proves the idea landed. When you can explain something in your own words, it moves from "interesting idea" to "something I actually know." That's the difference between insight and change.
What Happens After Day 7
You're not done with Non-Consciousness—you'll carry it forward into your daily life. But you're now ready for the second journey, Awareness (guided by Lemeki), which asks a different question: What is it that you're noticing?
If you want to keep going, All-Access ($49/month) unlocks all 12 journeys, Rimi (your AI guide with daily check-ins), and teach-back mastery checkpoints for each remaining journey. If you want to stay in the free Tribe and just sit with the first journey longer, you can do that too. The community stays with you either way.
What You'll Actually Feel in That First Week
Most new members report one of three things:
Discomfort. You're being asked to look at something you've been avoiding. That's not a bug—that's the point. When Burnout Looks Like a Laziness Problem—But It's Actually an Identity Crisis describes what this looks like when you've been pushing hard and ignoring the signal underneath.
Recognition. Something in Layla's story matches your story. A pattern you see in yourself. A voice you hear. That's the language of the Tribe—the Small Self showing up in a way you can finally name.
Curiosity. You want to move to the next journey because the first one opened a question you didn't know you had. That's the momentum that carries you forward.
The One Thing to Know Before You Start
You don't need to be ready for this. You don't need to have it all figured out first. The 12 Journeys is built so the change sticks—not because you read faster or understand better, but because you're building a practice, not collecting information. Your first week isn't a trial run. It's the actual beginning of the work.
The Tribe is waiting. Join free and start Non-Consciousness whenever you're ready.
