Why We're Not Editing These Anymore
The Tribe of Giants · July 19, 2026

Real talk about something we're changing.
For a while, every clip we shared from this community got the treatment — trimmed, color-corrected, set to music, made to look like a course ad. It looked good. It also looked like everyone else's course ad.
So we're doing the opposite. We're starting a series called Giant Moment, and the whole point is that it's unpolished. One person, one phone, one take. A member — or Nick — talking for sixty seconds about a single breakthrough that actually happened in a specific Journey. No script, no retakes, no editing pass to make it sound smarter than it was in the moment.
Here's why we think that's the right call for this community specifically. A lot of the realest stuff any of us has said all week didn't happen in a caption — it happened in a teach-back with Rimi, at 11pm, half-formed, before we'd cleaned it up into something quotable. That's the version worth sharing. Not the polished recap. The actual moment.
So if something cracked open for you this week — in Layla's noticing, in Soraya's grief work, in Rayo's empowerment loop, wherever — we want the real version. Prop the phone up, hit record once, say what happened. Don't re-shoot it if you stumble. The stumble is the point.
What's one moment from this week you haven't said out loud yet, even to yourself?
