Abigail Olaya is CEO of Olaya Events & Company, a collection of wedding venues and a catering company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Abigail and her husband started Venue at the Grove in 2009 with a $15,000 loan and have grown it into an award-winning, multi-million-dollar business. Throughout Olaya Events & Company's tenure, it has taken on managing Audubon Arizona Event Center and created its own catering company, Ensemble Catering.
Abigail is also the CEO of Abigail Olaya Coaching where she gets to leverage her leadership expertise and years of experience leading, training, coaching & developing her staff to a broader audience. Abigail has a passion for helping women access and step into their power in extraordinary ways so they can live extraordinary lives.
Abigail was recognized as one of the top 40 under 40 leaders by the Phoenix Business Journal for her leadership and impact within the community.
And even more than any of those things, Abigail loves to travel with her husband and their triplets, 7-year-old girls Audrey, Ava, and Adelina.
Fun Fact: In 2021 they are excited and on a mission to see the country in a five month adventure going coast to coast in an RV.
