Why You'll Start Seeing "#ad" and "Paid Partner" Tags From Coaches in Our Network
The Tribe of Giants · July 20, 2026

Quick, honest one for the feed today.
As the Tribe grows, more coaches and community leaders are talking about My 12 Journeys publicly — on their own social posts, in videos, through referral links. Some of them earn a commission or get perks like free membership for bringing people in. Nothing wrong with that. But you deserve to know when you're watching content that's promotional, not just someone sharing their honest experience.
So here's what we've put in place: any coach, community leader, or affiliate who promotes My 12 Journeys for commission, free membership, or any other perk has to disclose it. That means a visible #ad or paid partner tag on the post, the video testimonial, or wherever the referral link shows up. It's not a suggestion — it's written into the coach onboarding agreement, so it stays true as the network scales, not just while it's small enough to keep an eye on informally.
Why we're telling you this directly: trust is the whole point of a community like this one. If you're going to take a journey with us based on someone's recommendation, you should know whether that recommendation came with a paycheck attached. Disclosure doesn't make the recommendation less real — it just means you get to weigh it with full information.
If you ever see a coach or affiliate talking about us online and the disclosure isn't there, tell us. We want to hear it.
Have you run into promotional content — from us or anyone else — that didn't disclose the relationship? What made you notice?
